AMPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 600 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AWAT2, KRTAP2-4, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with AMPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AWAT2 grouped by AMPD3-low versus AMPD3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
