AMPD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,878 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNDIG1, CHSY3, and PRRX1. Each is linked with AMPD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMPD2 versus SYNDIG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
