AMPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, MSH6, and Chk1. Each is linked with AMPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by AMPD2-low versus AMPD2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
