AMPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,875 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYMPK, IQGAP1, and AP3D1. Each is linked with AMPD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYMPK grouped by AMPD2-low versus AMPD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
