AMPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, SEPTIN6, and ADA2. Each is linked with AMPD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMPD1 versus MZB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
