AMPD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRND, PRKAA2, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with AMPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMPD1 versus CHRND in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
