AMPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAT8B, OR6Q1, and OR8B4. Each is linked with AMPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAT8B grouped by AMPD1-low versus AMPD1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
