Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMOTL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AMOTL2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher AMOTL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMOTL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where AMOTL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
