AMOTL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMOTL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,838 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOTL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS3, GOLPH3, and MLYCD. Each is linked with AMOTL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOTL2-to-partner and partner-to-AMOTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMOTL2 versus SPCS3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMOTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMOTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
