Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMOTL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,895 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAV1, ACADSB, and RHOJ. Each is linked with AMOTL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOTL2-to-partner and partner-to-AMOTL2 results are reported.
