AMOTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMOTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, eEF2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with AMOTL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOTL2-to-partner and partner-to-AMOTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by AMOTL2-low versus AMOTL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMOTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMOTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
