Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMOTL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,285 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOTL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hippo signaling, Regulation of hippo signaling, and Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with AMOTL2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOTL2-to-partner and partner-to-AMOTL2 results are reported.
