AMOTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMOTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF4-AS1, RN7SL266P, and ADAM33. Each is linked with AMOTL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOTL1-to-partner and partner-to-AMOTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF4-AS1 grouped by AMOTL1-low versus AMOTL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMOTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMOTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
