Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMOTL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,843 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOTL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of cell polarity involved in ameboidal cell migration, Negative regulation of cilium assembly, and Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity. Each is linked with AMOTL1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOTL1-to-partner and partner-to-AMOTL1 results are reported.
