AMMECR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMMECR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,836 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMMECR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNQ, CDKN3, and PGRMC1. Each is linked with AMMECR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMMECR1-to-partner and partner-to-AMMECR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMMECR1 versus CCNQ in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMMECR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMMECR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
