Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMMECR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMMECR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with AMMECR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMMECR1-to-partner and partner-to-AMMECR1 results are reported.
