AMFR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,391 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPRY1, PSKH1, and LONP2. Each is linked with AMFR in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMFR-to-partner and partner-to-AMFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMFR versus RSPRY1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
