AMFR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMFR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,995 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT2, CHMP1A, and FBXL8. Each is linked with AMFR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMFR-to-partner and partner-to-AMFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMFR versus GOT2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
