AMFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRAGC, SLC9A9-AS1, and ZNF280B. Each is linked with AMFR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMFR-to-partner and partner-to-AMFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRAGC grouped by AMFR-low versus AMFR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
