AMFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLFM3, KCNK17, and MDGA2. Each is linked with AMFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMFR-to-partner and partner-to-AMFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OLFM3 grouped by AMFR-low versus AMFR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
