AMER3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 421 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTBS, KIF1C, and NRTN. Each is linked with AMER3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMER3-to-partner and partner-to-AMER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTBS grouped by AMER3-low versus AMER3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
