AMER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP478, RASSF1, and MCEE. Each is linked with AMER2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMER2-to-partner and partner-to-AMER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP478 grouped by AMER2-low versus AMER2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
