AMER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMER2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, c-Met_pY1235, and E-Cadherin. Each is linked with AMER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMER2-to-partner and partner-to-AMER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by AMER2-low versus AMER2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
