AMER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 198 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C1, SAMM50, and CCDC113. Each is linked with AMER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMER2-to-partner and partner-to-AMER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C1 grouped by AMER2-low versus AMER2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
