AMELX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMELX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,261 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMELX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, ARHGAP6, and ARHGAP6_S939. Each is linked with AMELX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMELX-to-partner and partner-to-AMELX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMELX versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMELX→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMELX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
