AMELX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMELX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 349 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMELX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, ATP6V0E1, and GNAI2. Each is linked with AMELX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMELX-to-partner and partner-to-AMELX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMELX versus SIGLEC8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMELX→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMELX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
