AMELX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMELX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 605 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMELX-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEF8, FAP, and OR2B7P. Each is linked with AMELX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMELX-to-partner and partner-to-AMELX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEF8 grouped by AMELX-low versus AMELX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMELX→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMELX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
