AMDHD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMDHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,897 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLST8, NAGLU, and NAGPA. Each is linked with AMDHD2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD2-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMDHD2 versus MLST8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
