AMDHD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMDHD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,032 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXL, KPNA2, and NHSL2. Each is linked with AMDHD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD2-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMDHD2 versus AXL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
