AMDHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMDHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with AMDHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD2-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by AMDHD2-low versus AMDHD2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
