AMDHD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMDHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,330 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEMP1, SH2B1, and RHOT2. Each is linked with AMDHD2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD2-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMDHD2 versus CEMP1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
