Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMDHD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AMDHD1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher AMDHD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMDHD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and SCLC show a favorable association.
BLCA, SKCM, and SCLC are the cancer types where AMDHD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
