AMDHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMDHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,329 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, PSIP1_S106, and RPL6. Each is linked with AMDHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMDHD1 versus RPS6 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
