Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMDHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,800 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMDHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMU, PDHA1, and PSAT1. Each is linked with AMDHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMDHD1 versus NMU in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
