AMDHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMDHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 809 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP90, DPPA2P1, and AK6P1. Each is linked with AMDHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP90 grouped by AMDHD1-low versus AMDHD1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
