AMDHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMDHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, A-Raf_pS299, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with AMDHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by AMDHD1-low versus AMDHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMDHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMDHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
