Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMDHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMDHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC25B, STAG1, and FBXW2. Each is linked with AMDHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMDHD1 results are reported.
