Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,619 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spermidine biosynthetic process, Spermine biosynthetic process, and Polyamine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AMD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMD1 results are reported.
