AMBN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMBN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,182 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MVD, TRAPPC2L, and DAPK3. Each is linked with AMBN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMBN-to-partner and partner-to-AMBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MVD grouped by AMBN-low versus AMBN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
