AMBN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMBN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, CD1C, and FGF3. Each is linked with AMBN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMBN-to-partner and partner-to-AMBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B10 grouped by AMBN-low versus AMBN-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
