AMACR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMACR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,203 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMACR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC45A2, ASPM, and IYD. Each is linked with AMACR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMACR-to-partner and partner-to-AMACR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMACR versus SLC45A2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMACR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMACR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
