AMACR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMACR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 961 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMACR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-440P, UBE2L3, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with AMACR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMACR-to-partner and partner-to-AMACR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-440P grouped by AMACR-low versus AMACR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMACR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMACR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
