AMACR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMACR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,483 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMACR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid beta-oxidation, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, and Fatty acid catabolic process. Each is linked with AMACR in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMACR-to-partner and partner-to-AMACR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fatty acid beta-oxidation grouped by AMACR-low versus AMACR-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMACR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMACR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
