AMACR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMACR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,878 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMACR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SORBS1, SF3A1, and PCDHGA11. Each is linked with AMACR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMACR-to-partner and partner-to-AMACR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SORBS1 grouped by AMACR-low versus AMACR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMACR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMACR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
