ALYREF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALYREF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,275 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALYREF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, RRM2, and RRM2_S20. Each is linked with ALYREF in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALYREF-to-partner and partner-to-ALYREF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALYREF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALYREF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
