ALYREF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALYREF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,213 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALYREF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, CXCR1, and CFD. Each is linked with ALYREF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALYREF-to-partner and partner-to-ALYREF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALYREF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALYREF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
