ALYREF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALYREF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,321 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALYREF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC137, SRSF2, and GPS1. Each is linked with ALYREF in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALYREF-to-partner and partner-to-ALYREF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALYREF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALYREF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
