ALS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, TIA1, and TP53BP1_T922. Each is linked with ALS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALS2 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
