Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,260 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCB6, NCF1B, and TRAJ30. Each is linked with ALS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALS2 versus ABCB6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
