ALS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with ALS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ALS2-low versus ALS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
